"They did a great job. Quick, professional and great value for the quality of work. The job had very difficult access issues, cleanup required carrying material a long distance down a steep hill. Some contractors would not even bit on the job due to access issues. Green Mountain had no problem. This was a old roof from the 1970's and had a number of patches and attempted fixes which were not of high quality. Green Mountain cleaned off all the old roofing, and noted that the original roof had a design flaw that caused bad drainage. They suggested an easy fix which added several new outlets for water. Their suggestions were a great idea and I had them do that also. They also patched and repainted the inside water damage areas. Their work was such that I no longer even notice that there was water damage which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them."

"He was honest, explained everything in detail and was by far the lowest cost. Other estimates wanted to repair/replace a roof that didn't need replacing. He was also very prompt in scheduling and getting the repair done. We are very happy with his service."

"A professional, ethical, and superb installation of guttering and carpentry necessitated by leaking roof. Thank you for such fine work."

"We received outstanding service and quality installation from Smith & Ramirez Roofing. We are totally satisfied with the new roof. Alex Ramirez gave us first rate service leading us through the process, describing the various types of roofs, and was very patient and professional in answering all our questions. Alex is very knowledgable and friendly. He was easy to reach, made all appointments, and kept us informed every step of the way. His office staff was also easy to reach and very helpful. The foreman and roofing team that did the actual work showed up on time each day and did a great job tearing off the old roof and disposing of it. The job-site was left clean and Alex personally came over to make sure everything was to our liking. The new roof looks so great that several neighbors came over to ask about the work that was done. We are very happy that we selected Smith & Ramirez for this job. Highly recommend!"

"The job that was requested was for roof maintenance. Our roof had sustained damage from high winds and looked like trash. Juan and Matthew did a superb job! They even painted my roof vents to match! I love the level of detail and care they have taken in doing a great job!! They were friendly, professional and timely. Thank you!!"

"They are license and bonded. Mark makes effective use of his team resources and too, his team are professional in all manners. Excel in effective and positive communications. NO Voids, kept us informed and promptly responded to requests. Works only with the best quality products. Excellent service with regards to roof, stucco repair and roof coating in addition to painting a rough exterior, of our house. Definitely, would hire again."

"They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."
