They were professional and knowledgeable about their product. They were the only contractor to pull out a ladder and go up on my roof to see what was actually going on and shared with us that we had storm damage. The only one!!! We had the most contact with Brian and he keep us in the loop through the entire process as well doing the leg work (follow ups) to the insurance adjuster and the HOA with regards to approvals. We opted to get our gutters replaced as well as our roof, which required a second day of work. We really appreciated this as the new gutters would have clashed with the color of our siding!
