Get matched with top roofers in Radium Springs, NM

"Start to finish was great. He was on time every day, competently repaired and resealed the roof and did a excellent cleanup. Would highly recommend this contractor."

"My experience with Green Mountain Contractors was fantastic start to finish. I was purchasing a home with a 23 year old tar and gravel flat roof in the North Valley with signs of leaks in multiple areas. I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern. Green Mountain came back out promptly to address them. I will definitely be working with Green Mountain again on other projects for the home."

"The fix on the skylights looks like it's working. He also did some kind of roof inspection and took care of the problems he photographed. I forgot to ask for a receipt so I will have something for my files. Just in case I need to show what was done on the roof."

"Great job by Martin and his crew. Very professional, great workmanship and communication throughout the process. Informed me of areas of concern with my roof and performed additional repairs needed. The replaced facia, soffit, roof shingles and underpayment as well as gutter installation. We are so happy with the new roof and with Radium Springs Construction!"

"Gutters we 2 colors to much roof and walls. Put 6 ft extenion on bottom of gutter so water would go to planter. Good job"

"We received outstanding service and quality installation from Smith & Ramirez Roofing. We are totally satisfied with the new roof. Alex Ramirez gave us first rate service leading us through the process, describing the various types of roofs, and was very patient and professional in answering all our questions. Alex is very knowledgable and friendly. He was easy to reach, made all appointments, and kept us informed every step of the way. His office staff was also easy to reach and very helpful. The foreman and roofing team that did the actual work showed up on time each day and did a great job tearing off the old roof and disposing of it. The job-site was left clean and Alex personally came over to make sure everything was to our liking. The new roof looks so great that several neighbors came over to ask about the work that was done. We are very happy that we selected Smith & Ramirez for this job. Highly recommend!"

"Was having trouble finding a contractor to assess and resolve some roof and stucco water issues in a newly purchased home until I found Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing on Angie's List. My initial call was answered immediately, and Rachel was able to schedule an estimate that same week. The owner, Kevin, arrived on time and was patient and attentive as I expressed my questions and concerns. After conducting a thorough inspection, I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to immediately repair the roof. He also provided a comprehensive assessment on the stucco issues and proposed some alternative solutions to help us avoid a costly repair.
I highly recommend the Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing team on responsiveness, professionalism, integrity, and customer service. I will definitely call on them for any future needs with stucco and roofing.
