"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. They they were very knowledgeable. About the job. He explained everything that was in the contract and what would be provided, and he patiently answered all of my questions. His crew came in and worked it took one day for them to complete the roof. They were very careful in checking our property to make sure that everything was cleaned up. We and they removed all the debris that they had from the roofing project. They were great to work with, and I would not hesitate to hire them again."
