Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. "I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"

"Can't say enough good about Ken, Nancy and the Cook's Roofing crew.
I received estimates from 4 other companies, all varying in price.  One company was clearly not interested and was priced much too high.  The company was concerned about the number of angles on the roof and the amount of roofing waste/etc....and this was reflected in the price.  Another company was only interested in replacing the roof.  The other 2 companies quoted the complete project.  These other 2 companies recommended additional roof venting and suggested adding surface mount vents to the roof.  Ken also recommended additional venting but was the only contractor that pointed out that mixing soffit and roof vents is not a good idea (certainteed actually recommends against doing this).  Ken was the only contractor that went into the attic to inspect roof/venting/etc.... Ken's estimate was better than the other estimates (for the complete job). Ken's crew showed up ontime and worked vigilantly on the project.  Workmanship is excellent.  Ken's crew were a pleasure to have at the house. The house/yard was left picked up/clean. Ken followed up after the work was complete to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.  Ken also makes a return trip in 5 years to ensure all is still OK.  Final result, in every aspect, looks great and we are very satisfied.  I highly recommend Cook's Roofing.
