"Ed and his team did a great job. It was 95 degrees today and Brian and his guys finished the 2300 sq ft roof in one day with roof deck repairs. Dale provided a repair estimate to the Insurance Company and even met the adjuster when he came to do the appraisal. The Insurance Company said repairs could be done for under $900. Dale convinced my Insurance Company that was not the case. I would not have known how to convince the Insurance Company to pay for a complete new roof. Enough good cannot be said for the diligence and efforts Dale displayed. Being insurance ignorant, I would have stopped when the insurance talked repair. All insurance negotiations were done by The Roof Brothers and when all was said and done, I got a $42,581 roof for the cost of my deductible of $1000.
