"Extremely pleased with the job!! Milton Roofing has great service, a fair price, and very thorough work. Milton was immediately available to hire to fixed the roof area causing the leaking spot on my bedroom wall as well as water coming through my vent in the master bedroom. He gave a fair price and went on the roof and took pictures with his iPad to show me the work that needed to be done to resolve my issue and explained everything. He emailed an estimate that night and then was available for the job two days later. He replaced some shingles damaged by nails and sealed the perimeter of my vent outside with a waterproof seal. We have had a few heavy rains since it was repaired and I have no leaks of any sort. I highly recommend them! I am a very happy customer"

"There's nothing worse that dealing with pooring rain and strong winds and then hearing the drip, drip sound of water coming into your home due to a damaged roof. I reached out to roofing repair companies through Angie's list and Roofing Pups responded. Marcus came out the next day and put my fears at ease. The bad news was that I needed a new roof. He showed me my options available, categorized as "good", "better" and "best". Despite my choosing the lowest option, he still threw in some discounts and upgrades at no additional cost. I signed the contract and he arranged for someone to come out at tarp my roof. He even went the extra mile of going to Home Depot and setting up buckets in my attic to catch the water still coming in. The roofing crew came out two days later and gave me a beautiful new roof. "Since my roof is 20+ years old, I have a Home Confidence Plan with Arocon, which includes two roof inspections (tune-ups) per year. Preston and Keith were the technicians that performed this service on July 27, 2022. I can only say positive things about these technicians. They were very thorough, making some minor repairs (exposed nails). They took photos of the roof, which I received via email soon after the visit. Preston is very professional and knowledgeable, and clearly explained what the issues are with my roof and its overall condition. I have had this service with Arocon for a couple of years and I derive much peace of mind in maintaining my roof with Arocon until I replace it.
