"Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails, all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite, cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."

"Reign Roofing replaced the roof on my dad?s house, and the experience was excellent. Adam was easy to communicate with and made the process seamless. His crew did a fantastic job?professional, efficient, and they left the site spotless. The quote was quick, fair, and remained exactly as promised. The roof looks great, and I highly recommend Reign Roofing!"

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Excellent customer service and high quality work. Even the city roof inspector commented that Jordan Roofing Company does excellent work. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing Company."

"We needed our old roof replaced and got a few quotes from different roofing companies before we chose California Building Professionals. They were the only ones that explained the roof replacement process, answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable with the project. GREAT COMPANY!"

"I never thought I'd describe a roof replacement as a pleasant experience, but here we are. From the start, Jonathan and the team at Roofing Angels were a breath of fresh air. We got multiple quotes, and Roofing Angels wasn’t the cheapest, but they were the most transparent and professional. Jonathan took the time to inspect our roof thoroughly (unlike others who barely looked at it) and explained why certain materials were better than others. I appreciated that he wasn’t just trying to upsell us—he genuinely wanted us to make the best choice for our home. The crew was incredible. They arrived early, worked efficiently, and kept us updated throughout the process. I loved how respectful they were of our space—our driveway and yard were spotless when they finished, which I can’t say for other contractors we’ve worked with in the past. Now, our house looks better than ever, and I actually feel relieved every time it rains, knowing our roof is rock solid. If you want a team that truly cares about their work, look no further than Roofing Angels!"

"I hired Specialist Roofing and Repair to install a new roof. I was a little worried because my roof has a very steep pitch. I could imagine how the guys would work on that roof, but in a few days they had the old roof off and a brand new one installed. I was very impressed with the work that they did. I recommend them to anyone that needs any roof work done. Thanks to all the guys at Specialist Roofing and Repair!"

"I only hired his company to place a plastic tarp over my roof for temporary protection. Overpriced, but needed for emergency before the rain."

"Eric came out for the estimate and provided the various options and what he would generally provide. He was patient (Unlike Skyline Roofing)in our vacillation between concrete tile and composition shingles (Provided samples for both types)and also a delay in schedule due to tenting for termites. His price estimate was in line with other estimates (Except iRoof which was almost twice as much as everyone else) He provided a complete package without me asking, including radiant barrier sheathing, roof vents, new flashings, replacement of dry rot wood (included in the overall price) etc. There was a delay in the start date due to rain (Rain in SoCal?) The first day his crew (very friendly) showed up early and did not waste any time tearing off the 40 year old concrete tile roof. Second day they completed the tear off, did some structural repairs I had asked for and started sheathing (required due to the original spaced sheathing construction) Third day (Friday)completed sheathing, building department inspection (permit etc all handled by Eric) and began installation of the felts and composition shingles. They returned on Monday to complete the roof and clean up, with final building department inspection on Tuesday. Very pleased with the final product and the clean up that the crew did. We are now ready for El Nino!"
