"I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars!! I have used them for many other jobs and they have always been efficient, well informed and reasonably priced. I am writing this review because they saved my butt. I hired someone whom I thought knew what he was doing to install an in home generator. Turns out, he did not. When I asked Coker Plumbing to come out to give me an estimate for hook up, the owner called me immediately to tell me it had not been installed correctly and told me to call ESP right away. I won’t go into the whole sordid story, but will say other companies may have ran the lines knowing the generator wasn’t installed correctly. Coker did not. In fact, they refused, unless ESP put in writing it was ok, which it was not. Had I gone with a dishonest company, I could have been out thousands of dollars. I highly recommend them."

"Quick, timely and well done but not inexpensive"

"Purchased my third Deal in an attempt to give them still another chance to respond and provide what was promised. Was very patient since the September 14 purchase. During the last phone call from owner several weeks ago the truth finally leaked out: Angie's List takes a large percentage of the Deal price and his portion wouldn't cover fuel costs from Florida to Alabama.

Always a pleasant conversation but that's not what was paid for.

And complicating things was today's refusal to refund the purchase price by two Angie's List email staffers because the Deal had been purchased over 30 days ago. Gee, that's what I get for trying to work with the provider.

I wonder how Angie's List will respond to a Better Business Bureau complaint?"
