"Hired Ericson twice. First experience was great but pricy. Tank had filled above the pipe so while others I called were only charging $350, Ericson answered the phone that evening and had someone out next day. I was quoted $450 on the phone, charged $650. This was on 9/3/26. By 9/28/26 my tank had filled again so figured a jet was needed. Called Ericson back, next day service. The techs figured the out pipe was where the jet was needed. The hose only went in 6 feet then hit a "blockage." Nothing more they could do, no jet. Charged $350 for a jet. They offered to drain the septic again for another $650 but would not fix the issue. Dug ourselves that evening and found out the techs were hitting a T junction, not blockage. My issue with the service is the techs called the owner who said they had spent too much time on a $650 clean out and needed to leave. In one month, I've spent $1,000 with them, have the same issue I started with and been told my job isn't worth the time."

We called Bapst at 8:30 a.m. The technician's arrived around 10:30 a.m. and worked approximately 3 hours to diagnose and fix the problem by replacing the well pump and pressure tank. This is an amazing response time. The technicians were very courteous, knowledgeable and skillful, and answered all questions we had. After they were gone I did some searching online and discovered the materials cost about $1400. Online sources say it costs $800-$2300 in 2020 to replace a well pump and pressure tank together, so we may have been able to find a lower price. They charged $125 for an evaluation. This was applied to the cost since we had them perform the work. We paid $2600. We chose not to call another company for an estimate, because we really couldn't use our water in its current state, and it was awesome to have running water again in half of a day. If you have the luxury of time, get another estimate."

They needed to replace wires from pump in well to pressure tank in crawl space under my house, which required them to dig about a foot deep and about six feet from well to house. They came out and completed this task same day I called, However, after they left I noticed a pounding sound when I flushed my toilet, so two days later the same gentleman had to come again to replace the pressure tank. They again had to do some digging to get the tank under my house were able to complete same day Both jobs were completed in a two or three hour time frame and reasonably priced. I had been without water for five days before their first visit because I did not know who to call an electrician, a plumber or a well tech."
