Our 20 year old hot water heater started leaking on Sunday night (not an immediate emergency, but something we wanted addressed soon) and they came out Monday morning to check it out. This guy is very dedicated to what he does, even if it means getting absolutely SOAKED in 30 degree rain and wind. He was very polite and explained things very well.
