Comment: I live in a gated community in Long Beach and had to have a sump pump installed 9 years ago to capture and pump out water coming towards my house from inadequate drainage in the front of our properties. The contractor dug down 7 to 8 feet and laid stones and sand and put in a 6-7 foot tube with holes and the sump pump is a the bottom. The tube is 15" in diameter. The sump pump is attached at the bottom and I don't know how to get it out.
