"Lou and Bryce showed up at the time that was discussed. Lou was very polite and professional. He gave us his professional opinion as to what was happening. We've lived in our home 3 years and have used 2 other companies when we have had issues. Hopefully, our septic issues have been resolved for a while but if anything new arises, we will be calling Aaron/Andrew's Septic."

"Overall, it went well. He did exactly what he said that he would do. He charged the price he said up front. I had two minor issues with him. He was late in coming and while he did call, he was later than he said that he would be and he never left a number (cell phone) where I could reach him. I guess that he doesn't have business cards because he never gave me one. He went to get the parts after another job instead of getting everything the first thing in the morning or the day before for the jobs the next day. The other issue is that a discount is listed on your website for him. When I questioned him about it, he said that he didn't really apply and it would only save me $10 or so. It was after everything was done so I didn't have much of a recourse but I thought that it not good business and you need to know about it."
