"Jim came to install an ignitor on a GE water heater. GE's customer service line had determined that the new part was needed. Once the part was installed the water heater was still not working. Jim then figured out the issue and requested the additional part be sent. He came back the next day to install the part and got it working very quickly. He was very responsive (2 visits in 2 days) and guided us through draining the heater to save time and labor cost. I would highly recommend him for any and all plumbing needs. He will be who we call for anything plumbing related from now on.
