"From beginning to end, the service was great.  When I called the office to schedule service, they were responsive and immediately setup an appointment for the same week.  The serviceman, Steve, arrived right on time with no issues.  During the service, Steve made himself available to address any questions or concerns.  I ended up outside talking with Steve the entire time and asking lots of questions, as this was the first time we had the tank pumped since moving into the house 3 1/2 years ago.  Steve was very thorough in his service visit and answered all of my questions with the utmost professionalism.  I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this Barbosa service visit, and would not hesitate to contect them again and definitely would recommend them to others.  Thank you!

"My well pressure tank had been leaking off and on for awhile. Kept a small bucket under the leak. When it was time for a larger bucket I used HA. Don called almost immediately and came by the following morning and had the tank and related plumbing done in no time at all. They even tested my well pump while they were there. "my well jet pump was cycling 4x or maybe 6x per hour, without water being used at all. I was convinced it was the buffer storage tank diaphragm leaking, I told him that on the phone and that it's 30-Gal, he told me straight up that job is $950. I spoke with him around 3pm yesterday, and he told me his guy would be here 9am today. His guy was here at 8:15am today, we discussed the problem, he tested a few things and looked around, and started to suspect it was in the well not the tank. He called for a 2nd tech to come and bring a few more parts and pulled the well pipe up (it's only 25' deep). There was a hole in the pipe and maybe(?) the check valve at the bottom was not in the best condition. They explained to me all along what they were doing, why they were doing it, what it would cost, and insisted that neither them nor their boss has any interest in replacing working equipment just to run up a bigger bill. They were polite, friendly, tolerated all my questions, worked in the pouring rain, tested everything including the buffer tank to be sure it was not the problem, only fixed what was really needed, charged me much less than the original estimated price, cleaned everything up when they were done, and were back on the road by 11:15am. I am thrilled with the treatment I received from Werner, and will call them again in the future in a heartbeat. great experience."

"Professional and courteous office and on site staff (Operator). The Operator explained in detail the work to be performed and answered all questions without hesitation. The company provides equipment that prevents damage to lawn/property, and the costs were reasonable. My only recommendation would be for the office staff to mention the charge to dig up the septic cover up front. The Operator was thorough and mentioned the charge before starting the work. I definitely would not hesitate to use Avalanche Septic Services again for any of the services they provide."
