"Casey Bohn (Elite Septic) did an excellent job pumping out our septic tank and was very courteous and considerate in maintaining the appearance of our yard and driveway. I would highly recommend him for any septic tank service! The price was very good compared to other septic tank companies. Casey was punctual and kept his word in providing the inspection report the same day. Outstanding job!"

"Communication - Excellent! Matthew was prompt and courteous in staying in touch regarding appointment time and arrival time. Price - Competitive and transparent. I asked for an "on the rim out the door" price with no last minute pitches for things that should be part of the service. Price was as quoted to pump, clean filter and inspect. I did opt for a bacterial additive that I was NOT pressured into purchasing. I just figured if it made any difference in keeping the drain field from having issues it was well worth it. Included three-year monthly additive supply. Quality of Work - extra careful to check for water line into the house, thorough in the pump out and carefully replaced the dirt and raked the area. Of course, I will need sod but that just goes with having a septic system pumped regardless of who does it. Friendliness - everyone in the crew was friendly and courteous, like they were your neighbor."

"Our well pump died after a good long run. I started looking for someone to fix it. After reading MANY reviews from several Well services and based on the VERY positive feedback for Angel’s, gave them a call. They answered right away. ‘Dawson’ was at my house the next day with everything we needed. He ended up replacing the well pump AND the bladder. My husband went outside and in the garage with him to understand what was involved in the replacement and said Dawson was very knowledgeable. He educated him on what he was doing and why, as well as preventative maintenance on the new system. I spoke with him a few minutes before he packed his truck up and he couldn’t be more nice and respectful. They're price is VERY fair. I know he had to travel a decent way to Dallas for us and did not charge us for the trip. We would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for someone who knows his business and provides an excellent service at a very fair price. Thank you again Dawson!"

"It was a wonderful service. They did a very great job in repairing my septic tank, price is fair. They fix it correctly i have no complaint."

"First time pumping out septic tank and these guys were amazing. Explained everything. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Thanks guys"

"Franklins crew arrived as schelduled and after inspeccting the pipes and septic system, determined it was NOT the main drain but merely a busted tub drain that had been damaged during a recent remodel. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified about each repair or procedure in real time via text or photos or call. I was in utter shock that I had been so bamboozled by such a trusted big name national plumber on my 1st estimate and will NEVER use another Septic Specialist/ Plumber unless it is Franklin's. Twice the work for less than half the original estimate and the work was honest and superior. I could not wait to write this review! It is so rare especially as a woman, to find honest contractors. I would highly recommend this company for all your septic and plumbing. There's a certain peace of mind that comes with knowing a company comes with good marks. Thank you Franklin's and thank you Angies List!!!!!"

"Really well. The blueprints of where our tank is are lost (even to the local authorities we found out when I were doing an addition on our house) and so we had no idea where the tank was. The person who came out was thorough, found the tank, and let us know how it looked and about other repairs that is likely needed."

"The plumbers, one trainee, that came tried several ways to identify the leak but was not able to determine, provided some alternative resources. However, they helped with an issue with the toilet tank."
