Kurt was the service technician that came out and he was so polite and professional and called me before he headed our way and arrived right on time. He even took photos of where the tank head was located as we could not remember, and texted them to me. He gave us advice on things to do to help keep build up from occurring which I really appreciated. We had another company pump out our tank the previous time and they were terrible. Will be using Great Falls next time."

My pumping station pump and parts were over 26 years old so Rick replaced everything including pump, check valve, float controls, wiring outside box, wiring conduit and other miscellaneous parts the day after I was able to get both tanks pumped out. I couldn't be more satisfied with a 40 year pro with helper (20 years himself). I knew immediately that Rick knew this system inside and out and he even visually inspected my septic field and researched it at the county records. "I definitely recommend Tommy and his crew. Our well pump stopped working and we didnâ t have any water. Tommy came out and determined what was wrong for free, gave me an accurate estimate. They were able to replace everything that day and get us water back. They were good natured and hard working, finishing the job in the dark. "Commonwealth Plumbing is a small local operation. The plumber came quickly to assess my farm well pump problem and was ready to tackle the job. He received a call from a customer who had no water in the house with children. The plumber asked if he could take care of that job first as a genuine concern. My well pump is just for irrigation which is not critical compared to a family without water. The plumber headed off , took care of the family and returned first thing the next morning and repaired my system. Excellent work, reasonable price, as well as compassionate."

"Incredible. I had installed a water filter system 8 years ago that provided adequate filtration enough to prevent toilet fill valve restriction. I had a water treatment company (no good)replace my filters because of the maintenance headache. They installed their filter treatment system and after two days my water looked like shit, literally. My toilet fill valves began to clog after about a week. After a couple of weeks with no resolving the problem it was time for a change. I contacted Waterboy and met with Roy and Rita. We agreed to make the change. That was on a Wednesday and on Friday they were there on time to remove my worthless system and install theirs. The installers were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. They flushed and sanitized my water lines after installing their filter treatment system. I can't believe that after a couple of flushes of my toilets they are now filling like they were prior to that previous, worthless, filtration system was installed. They truly know water treatment."
