"My pump switch at the tank in my basement was cycling on and off every 40 seconds. The noise of the cycling switch was bothering me at bedtime and something to worry about. First called Tom on the phone and was impressed by his knowledge and experience in the well industry The 2 other companIes I also contacted did not seem to be as experienced and gave me quotes without knowing the problem with my system. I chose Able Well and Pump Service after some research and investigating the area near the well where I found wet soil and runoff below the well head. Able Well and Pump was there in a couple of days. They arrived with a back hoe and quality parts to complete the well repair which turned out to be a corroded galvanized fitting connecting the well casing to the PVC pipe that goes into the house. A stainless steel fitting and a lot of digging solved my problem. Thanks to Tom and Mike for being patient with all my questions and getting the job done. The men also adjusted the pressure in the tank and cleaned the switch contacts. Cost was reasonable for the job. I would call Able Well and Pump again without hesitation. Thanks, Tom and Mike and Angi for the listings of professionals."

"Our water died Dec. 30th. I emailed the company that evening and received a phone call at 8AM the next day. Told me they would be out early afternoon. My wife was convinced that they wouldn't fix it that day. The guys replaced a switch on the pressure tank, pulled the pump, replaced it, and got the water back on in 80 minutes. Had all the parts they needed on the truck. My wife was wrong! Thanks D&D!! AD Prince Frederick, MD"

"Job well done! It only took 2 hours to install a new water heater. The owner Alfred and along side him with his helper both did a great job! He installed and removed my old water heater all for only $1825.00 with an 10% discount for being a new customer. Customer service was great. My family is very impressed with a job well done and we will definitely use him for any future services."

"My well pump pressure tank needed service and I called Friday and Barbara was very professional and eager to help. She took the time to understand the issue and even reviewed the pictures. Barbara is very passionate about her job. She was able to schedule for Saturday. Dave came out. He called to let me know that he was on his way and let me know when he will arrive. He was very punctual, professional, friendly, and down to business. Totally impressed with the way he solved the problem and made sure that answered all of my questions. This company is very ethical and I would recommend them to anyone."

"They were hired initially to repair the drain field. Shortly thereafter, we discovered I needed a new tank. I don't think a new tank should have cost me $2,500 but at that point into the project, you really have no choice. After checking around, most places sell a new tank between $900-1500. Also, the extra dirt that was not used to refill the holes was left in the center of my yard along with the brick/cinder blocks from the old septic system. He did level off the mound of dirt however, it was a 5 inch mound approximately 10 ft. in diameter in the middle of my yard. I have now been shoveling dirt to try and spread it out evenly over my yard, as well as, removing the old debris. So far, the septic system is still working"

"They did an excellent job on an emergency call to unclog the septic tank access and then I scheduled them to replace the septic tank feed from the house to the tank. Again they did an excellent job replacing a 45 year old feed to the tank. Every thing was completed on schedule. This is an excellent pluming company to deal with in the Lusby area. They respond quickly and on time and are a very professional company with great plumbing skills."
