"Great job, on short notice, needed my septic tank cleaned, thanks AC"

"I received a high water bill after an extended period away from home and called Palm Springs Plumbing and Septic to assess my water system for leaks. David Duran responded the same day and identified a leak between the meter and the house. David and Dalton replaced the service line to the house within 48 hours and solved our problem. Palm Springs gave me excellent and timely service, kept me updated as to what they were doing, the timeframe to complete the job and offered a reasonable price for the work to be done. I’m glad to have a reliable and responsive plumber that I can count on when needed."

"Our well pump died after a good long run. I started looking for someone to fix it. After reading MANY reviews from several Well services and based on the VERY positive feedback for Angel’s, gave them a call. They answered right away. ‘Dawson’ was at my house the next day with everything we needed. He ended up replacing the well pump AND the bladder. My husband went outside and in the garage with him to understand what was involved in the replacement and said Dawson was very knowledgeable. He educated him on what he was doing and why, as well as preventative maintenance on the new system. I spoke with him a few minutes before he packed his truck up and he couldn’t be more nice and respectful. They're price is VERY fair. I know he had to travel a decent way to Dallas for us and did not charge us for the trip. We would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for someone who knows his business and provides an excellent service at a very fair price. Thank you again Dawson!"

"Back in June 2025 we hired Groundwater Pros to drill a new well and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the very first phone call, Amanda in the office was incredibly organized and on top of every detail. She walked us through the entire process, answered every question we threw at her, and even explained how a well is actually drilled ? this woman truly knows her stuff! Tristan and Chris handled the drilling and they were absolutely outstanding. They worked together like a well-oiled team, kept us informed at every step, and were respectful and professional the whole time. My husband and I genuinely enjoyed watching them work ? you can tell these two young men love what they do and take real pride in their craft. Once the well was finished, they connected everything to our home site. A couple of days later, Amanda reached out with our water sample results and walked us through the benefits of adding a filtration system. Highly recommend!"

"Jeremy was great to work with he is very knowledgeable about septic systems. He is very honest and very helpful with all your questions. I would recommend him to anyone. If you don t use Fresh Water Septic you re missing out!"

"Jeff Hegwood with Flush Pro gave us excellent customer. When he contacted us we had already set up an appt with some one else but he took the time to give up tips of what we should expect from someone pumping your septic tank. He also said we could call him if we had any other questions. We took advantage of his offer and called him about the quote we had received. His advice was so good we declined the first offer because it was too expensive and set up an appt with Jeff. Two days later he came out and pumped and repaired our septic tank for much much less than the first quote we received. Jeff is a man of his word and does quality work. I will definitely have him doing my maintenance work on my septic tank from this day forward! Thanks, Jeff!"

"They came out on time and communicated very well from start to finish. I was able to observe them doing the job and learned a great deal about septic tanks. They work very hard to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. The area that had to be dug up was put back in very nicely and with care. They have a new customer and fan for ever!"

"Repairman was on time and very professional. Repaired our system fast and went though how to maintain it year round."

"Fantastic service! We have a nice sodded lawn over the septic tank. They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."

"The entire process was excellent. From scheduling to the actual work, Inspector Septic kept me informed. Actual work was performed as scheduled and was very professional. Timothy is excellent and I would highly recommend."
