"David, excavated old septic tank, replaced with new tank, hooked up tank to house, filled in and covered the new tank. Leveled the land, raked the area affected and applied grass seed. Clean up was great! Was always available to answer questions. We would hire him again."

"Robert was extremely informative, helpful and dedicated to getting the job done for us today. I would definitely recommend using his service, and I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs that I have in the future. He was very pleasant even though we had a difficult time finding the clog. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I would give Robert five stars any day!"

"Michael and Tim came to the rescue in figuring out the issues with the plumbing and septic system in florissant. They uncovered the issues all along the entire system that ranged from old cast iron clean out failure and further down the line additional cast iron failure breaks and made the repairs. They did a tremendous amount of work for a fair and honest price! I highly recommend that if you are needing help with your plumbing and or septic is to HIRE these guys!"

"I recently worked with Patriot Development LLC for the plumbing portion of my home addition, and I could not be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and communication were outstanding. They took the time to walk me through the plumbing layout, making sure everything was up to code and designed for maximum efficiency. The crew was punctual, clean, and respectful of my property ? a big deal during a messy home addition project. Every connection, fixture, and run of pipe was installed neatly, and water pressure and drainage work perfectly. What stood out most was how responsive they were to my questions and last-minute changes. They handled adjustments without issue, kept the project on schedule, and clearly take pride in doing things right the first time. If you?re looking for a contractor that treats your home like their own and delivers high-quality plumbing work, I highly recommend Patriot Development LLC."
