"Shane Flagg and his partner Doug (knowledgable retiree) are highly professional. Their work is efficient and complete. Erica Dole (in the office) scheduled the date/time quickly. I value the company for their work and their individual friendliness, and will welcome them back to add a 'riser' to the tank. Thanks to you all. Alan Baker"

"I called every plumber around and Septic Design of NH had the best price to put a camera down the sewer line. Problem was located in no time."

"We were having so many issues with flooding and hard water. H20 Care came in found the issues and fixed them. We have not had any flooding issues since. We also decided to have a Reverse Osmosis System installed on our Well and let me tell you "BEST DECISION EVER" no more hard water, our skin is softer, the drinking water is crisp, clear and even tastes better. I can't thank them enough! Water issues, the only number you need is to H20 Care Inc! 5STARS"

"No problem whatsoever with recommending Darryl. Price extremely fair. Work was excellent and done under extreme circumstances. I'm sure it is very difficult to install a septic system during the winter, but he did the work very well and came back this spring to finish sitework."

"I came home from work to find all my drains were not draining. I tried some basic troubleshooting, but could not figure out the issue. I called heritage ( which was after hours). Within an hour, the technician Derek arrived, I gave all the information to him, and he started immediately. We narrowed it down to an issue with the septic. 10pm we are outside digging up the septic to get a look. Dereks knowledge and experience quickly identified the issue. The whole time he was friendly and informative. It didnâ t matter the time of night it was, he was determined to fix the issue. He was repairing in a way that would keep the cost down. That rarely happens with contractors. Within 30 minutes, he had the main drain cleared from the house to the septic. Derek even took the effort to double check from the opposite end in my house to make sure it was up to his standards. The whole time he is sharing knowledge and explaining the cause and effects and how the system is designed. When the job was finished, we went over the invoice. I couldnâ t believe the price! For emergency service, and the work that was done, the price was extremely fair. I highly recommend heritage plumbing and heating, and of course Derek."

"Prompt, courteous, professional, communicative. Dave replaced my well pump, pipe and wiring on the same day I called (a Saturday!). All at a very fair price, even though he had to wrestle with the rhododendron bush the well head was hidden by. All he needs is a cape."

"Came right out, elevated the issue, HONEST, didn't need a new well pump, saved us money. He changed the tank, like a new system. Thrilled. Hire the man."
