"There was a prompt response to my call. He was most courteous with his introduction, which seems to be a dying art these days. These guys travel quite a distance to get here. He was in the process of lining up another customer so we worked on the schedule that gave me an estimated time of arrival. On the day of service, he ran into a delay. He did the right thing , he made a call. Polite as well , a refreshing change! On arrival able to locate the septic tank, no problem. He gave me an assessment and gave me options.. There were plugs in 2 areas .The filter needed to be cleaned out and flow valve need to be jetted or it would’ve backed up into my house. I ended up spending more money than I planned but I have peace of mind. I know that I won’t be leaving anything behind , any problem for someone else to handle .It will pass inspection and I don’t have to worry about holding up a contract or blowing a contract. A1 septic lived up to there name. They are #1@#2 Blessings"

"Fine, then they said I need the "greasetrap" cleaned out. That was an additional $300.00. This is a pattern that many of these companies follow. Wasn't the first time, won't be the last. Next house I buy will be on sewer so I won't have to deal with septic companies or system issues again."

"Hired them to pump our septic tank out. They are very quick to respond and send out a technician. Will definitely keep using them in the future!"

"Simply Septic is the best Septic company I have worked with. The team was prompt, friendly and very thorough. They drained my septic tank and cleaned out the drain field ensuring that my septic system would be reliable for many years to come. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and gave great advise on how to ensure the system could be optimally maintained. I would highly recommend working with Simply Septic for any septic related work you might need. - Tony Leek, Lawrenceville, Georgia"

"Very professional. They were on time, thoroughly explained what needed to be done and going beyond the scope of the job, as well as doing an awesome outdoor cleanup (saving me from having to deal with it), which no other company has done before, in my 32 years of septic experience. They also have finance options, if needed, for major repairs. I highly recommend Ernie."

"I had to get a septic system installed for my home. Chris was very professional and made the whole process easy. He gave clear expectations and timelines. I would recommend him to anyone needing a septic installation!"

"Dawson was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help us understand what all the problems were with the well."

"They were knowledgeable. I did not know I had a septic tank I thought I was on sewer, but they came and saved the day. Very respectful and reasonably priced."

"Comparable pricing. I called around to many septic companies and they all seem to be about the same in pricing. Steven was my technician, he educated me on my system and broke down all the work I was having done. After everything was done he called me back out to review the work done to make sure I was satisfied! I was very satisfied needless to say."
