"Ive hired him twice now, first time was a water heater, second time pressure tank, but before I did the second time, I called him and even though his business that day was closed, he not only answered the phone, he tried to talk me though how to fix it till I needed a new one, but with my kids being noisy he chose to drive out to my house on his companies day off just to help me and show me and my wife how to get it working again with no charge, he told me I did need a new tank and switch, we agreed on a price and Monday he did the work and installed both, he came on time and answered any questions, and even took the time to listen to me about my next project, a walk in shower. "REPLACED WELL PUMP COMPONENTS: Wow... they actually call when they're running behind. That alone is worth 5 stars these days LOL. But the truth is that they come when they say they'll come and the work gets done right. "He is deeply courteous, he always refers to me respectfully. He asks before he does anything. He knocks on my door if he needs me. He has a solid work ethic. I had rust in my well and nobody seemed able to solve the problem. Frank came at 1:30 in the afternoon and stayed until 3:00 in the morning until the problem was fixed. He and his worker even cut down some trees and cleaned that up as well and cut bushes up into pieces I can handle. His job knowledge was excellent to give me the details so I could make an informed decision. He also put a new sump pump on and a water softener. He is expeditious on call returns. His paperwork is through and precise. And when they show up are clean and dressed to represent their business."
