"Excellent service! Actually called ahead and asked if he could arrive early since he was ahead of schedule. The job was done right, very clean, and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of septic services."

"Pacific Sewer and Drain did an excellent job installing a complicated septic install on our tiny property. I would recommend them highly!"

"I would give Austyn 100 stars if I could. He made the project go smoothly. His personality, level headedness, his problem solving skills, knowledge of his craft and the ability to work with others so appreciated. While excavating for the septic Leitchfield, I had him do other work on the property, moving earth and building a retaining wall. When he discovered a huge cavern where earth had eroded to the point of danger, he immediately ordered everything and had it fixed in a few days. He was here on time, and he stayed on the job until it was finished. Here ever day. That isn't always the case, especially when unexpected things (like a cavern) show up and the job takes longer than planned. Everything turned out perfectly, we passed the city inspections on the first try. You can't go wrong with Austyn, he is someone you can trust."

"Trustworthy and prompt. Great response, fixed my well problem which was a broken stem on a valve, installed a more convenient shutoff. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!"

"My problem was diagnosed the day after I was contacted and fixed the next day! They were professional, punctual, friendly and easy to work with. After the problem was diagnosed, the parts were ordered the same day and as soon as they were delivered the technician was out to fix my booster pump. I would definitely recommend them."
