"From beginning to end, the service was great.  When I called the office to schedule service, they were responsive and immediately setup an appointment for the same week.  The serviceman, Steve, arrived right on time with no issues.  During the service, Steve made himself available to address any questions or concerns.  I ended up outside talking with Steve the entire time and asking lots of questions, as this was the first time we had the tank pumped since moving into the house 3 1/2 years ago.  Steve was very thorough in his service visit and answered all of my questions with the utmost professionalism.  I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this Barbosa service visit, and would not hesitate to contect them again and definitely would recommend them to others.  Thank you!

I would hire Don again, as a matter of fact they have to come back and install a pitless valve the is leaking. unfortunately I built a deck over the well and have to hand dig around the the well so he can get at it. Lesson learned the hard way."

"On a Saturday afternoon I noticed my water heater leaking. I realized it wasn't going to last much longer. I sent out a message to Angi's list and within minutes had a response from Brian. I sent him pictures and just as I thought I needed a new one. He gave me a price with a new heater and installation. He told me that I could go buy one and he would install it to save some money. I estimated what it would cost if I bought it from a home improvement store, paid for delivery and the installation and decided to have Brian do what he does best at a fair price. He even threw in a military discount for me. He was at my home within three hours, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one. Outstanding service, they even cleaned up the mess from the leak of the old one. Very courteous, thorough and overall such a nice young man."

"They did a wonderful job. I unfortunately don't remember the team of guys that they sent in. With the exception of two of them, they were from another country and so, they didn't speak a lot of English. One was kind of a translator of the guys who were working. They worked from 7 in the morning to 7 at the night, four different guys. They did a great job. We have not had any problems with the basement ever since. They did a wonderful job! I have told other people about them since. I would use them in future."

"Initial project: Grade B.  Overall went well.  Only reason for a B is that they noted that they were going to put a trench around my laundry sink as a means to prevent damage if it overflowed.  But when they came back to do the job it wasn't done.  Overall I haven't had a drop of water since the install so that is very good.  The rep was Adam.
- !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this wouldn't have been an option in the first place as it could pose a local issue (gray water pumped outside the home.

 Warranty: Grade A. Adam (rep) noted to me that no matter where (not through windows or above obviously) water came in (walls or floor) that the warranty would cover it.  Well you don't get the warranty until after the job... and guess what?  Water up from the floors isn't covered.  Not cool.
- !!!! UPDATE 20121125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this condition is covered.  My mistake. Grade changed to A.

Basement windows: Grade F.  Called them and had them out to estimate putting in a basement egress as well as the other basement windows.  The rep (Brett) came out, measured, etc.  Then nothing.  I called.  I called.  The customer service team told me on numerous occasions that the "president of the company" was going to call.  He never did.  Eventually, a sub or partner of theirs called me and provided me a quote over the phone (for the egress - the didn't do the other windows).  The quote was blind and didn't take into consideration any of the data that Brett collected during his visit.  This ordeal was a TOTAL waste of my time.
- !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM, he noted that this rep is no longer with them and that he should have provided an immediate quote for the windows.  The only time the sub should have called is for the egress... 

Customer service: Grade C.  They provided a mold remediation treatment as part of the basement water proofing.  One of my walls not is showing signs of something.  So I called.  Nothing.  No call back.  Nothing.
I regret going with this company.  I should have bit the bullet and spent the extra $$ to go with their competition.
- !!!! UPDATE 20131125: Spoke to Jeff Johnson GM.  He will be out in 2 days to treat the location and noted he will install a hose into my dehumidifier so that it drains into the system. 
- !!!! UPDATE 20131127: Jeff was out, assessed the situation and provided a clear path to resolution.  I have homework but his team will be out to solve the problem.
- !!!! UPDATE 20140115 Grade changed to C.  Jeff's team corrected the issue to my satisfaction."
