"The old hot water tap for my bathtub dripped slightly but constantly and squirted water whenever I opened it. I should have taken care of it long ago, but it wasn't too bad and my cats enjoyed leaning over from the edge of the tub to lap the drops of water. Then a couple of weeks ago, after drawing a bath, I shut off the tap and the valve cover came off in my hand. Although I'd successfully completed several minor plumbing repairs, this looked to be beyond the level of my expertise and the contents of my toolkit.
I called Matt and scheduled a service call for the following afternoon. The next day Matt phoned to let me know that he and his assistant would be able to start the job a bit early. They assessed the problem, and Matt explained the work to be done and how much it would cost. They left to round up the replacement parts, which fortunately were still in production. Once they returned, the installation went smoothly and quickly. Matt showed me how to use a curb key to shut off the water supply to the house. He also demonstrated how the mechanism of the bathtub valve worked. They were able to complete the repair without disturbing the tile above the bathtub. I hadn't really cared for the old valve covers, but the same items all new and shiny look great. There have been no more drips or squirts. The only disappointment has been that of my cats. They miss their bathroom waterfall but are learning to make do with their new pet fountain.

"Other than install issues, quite well.  David and Krista Brewster are both very professional business owners.  Their product is excellent and in general their installers are quite good, however getting the installers to understand how you want an install done seemed problematic. I wanted ALL lines installed behind new kitchen cabinets as I believed ALL equipment was going to fit in mechanical closet.  Did not learn of half of equipment was going to be installed under the sink and additional lines needed to be laid INSIDE the cabinets drilling holes in cabinet sides and supply lines exposed at the back of the cabinets.  There were several phone call made to the owner and his install manager by me and my finish carpenter to make doubly sure the lines were all in so cabinets could be fitted to their final positions.  Installers came in early to install drain line before the cabinets went in and did a great job.  They were asked then if any additional lines needed to be installed and the answer was always "no".  When asked why they didn't install the filtered water lines at the same time, they said "no one told us to."  As of this writing, awaiting an adjustment from David Brewster for the problem. Will update when all is done.
