"The service was finished quickly and to my satisfaction. They fixed two leaks in the piping to the outdoor holding tank, cleaned and repaired the filter system, and replaced the pressure tank inside the house. I had no idea of a fair price and the cost was considerably lower than I expected the cost to be. They also scheduled the service call to accommodate my schedule."

"Plumber determined that my hot water tank was not leaking. Saved me many $$$. Good, prompt and friendly service."

"They called ahead of time to set a date. Then they called the day before to be sure I was expecting them and said that they would be out at a certain time. They said that they would call the morning of my appointment to let me know when they would be here. A window of two hours was already given to me. Leanne did call and said that they would be there in 1/2 hour. They did arrive then and were very professional. Anything that had to be moved was put back exactly where I had it. They have been my plumbers for years. I trust them and would go to no one else."

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits. \nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally. \nRed Carpet Treatment \nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.

"Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

"Nick has done several jobs for me. Septic tank cleaner, driveway repair, parking area for camper and the big job was to build a huge retaining wall. The old wall washed out several times over the years ( in the spring rains). He put in drains and the new wall will not move. I will try to attach a picture."

"The repairs made to our septic system were of the highest quality. Every detail was met at a fair price. T he workers were very knowledgeable. We are very satisfied and would recommend C&W Works for this service"
