Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Mars Hill, NC

"The crew were very nice and personable, but the job ended up costing a little more than twice what was quoted over the phone. This is understandable, however, because our septic tank was 100% full. The only problem I had was that the person who, I assume, was in charge mentioned a problem we may have in the future because of our drain line and threw out a price to have that cleaned out as well. I discussed it with my wife, but before I could get more details about the issue, he, apparently, was called away to another job. The guys left behind finished up, were very polite, documented all that they did, and cleaned up after themselves. It was not a bad experience at all, and I will most likely use them again to deal with our drain line issue. I'll just be more forthcoming with questions in the future."

"Competent, thorough, and professional service provided in a timely manner. Garrett replaced our pressure tank and switch, checked our spring tank well pump and advised us on maintenance to the system going forward."

"Chase gave us a good estimate on the tankless system and recommended a new, larger pressure tank, which we knew we needed. He provided information on the options and checked to make sure that our choices would maintain the proper value of our house. The team did a good job of installing the new equipment, keeping us informed through the process. It was reliable and painless. Of note: we sent requests to 3 plumbing companies through Home Advisor, and Benjamin Franklin was the only company to respond at all. The office contacted me the same day."

"Preston went out of his way to make sure our septic tank was properly inspected. With very little information from the home owners he went above and beyond to find the tank and properly inspect it! This is the second time we have hired him and both times he has been exemplary! The first time he saved us from purchasing a home with a disaster of a septic situation. I would highly recommend hiring him for your septic needs!"

"Very friendly and professional crew that worked with me to get the job done without breaking my wallet. All septic jobs present unique challenges, and Monty and David found a way to do what needed to be done. They communicated well and got the job finished quickly, too."
