"Woke up Thursday morning and found we had no water from the well. Called C&J. Because we were in a "No Water" status they put us at the top of the list. Jon showed up a few hours later, found the circuit breaker continued to pop out, he suspected a short in the pump. He pulled the pump out of the well, replaced it with a new pump, new wiring, and new 80ft flexible pipe. Then ran the pump "into the air" before connecting back to the house plumbing until the water ran clear. Cleaned up and removed all debris."

"Hoosier drain is a great company with very reasonable prices! We lost our pressure due to an old pump, and when it couldn’t be replaced they worked fast to get our new well drilled. Hoosier drain even provided us with a temporary fix by dropping a new pump on our old pump until they were able to get drillers out with no extra charge. We were given estimates day 1 and had no surprises at all on the cost. Dave and his team (Matt, Baylon, Damon and more), were very educated and made sure to explain everything clearly so we understood each step and could make educated decisions on how to proceed. They used a third party for drilling, yet still helped fill the holes the drilling truck made- again without even being asked. They also brought out tools to the drilling company to trim the trees so that we could get the new well drilled asap. Super thankful we utilized this company and would recommend them again and again! Dave personally was made available anytime as well. 10/10"

They explained all steps they needed to bring my old system up to code. They stayed in contact with me almost daily and took pictures when I was unavailable to be home and see their progress! They even leveled my sloping backyard to make it more aesthetically pleasing and replanted all the grassy areas. "Jim knows his "stuff" and was very easy to work with from start to finish! We had another company out prior to Knox and they did about $1,200 worth of work to try and fix the high levels in our septic tank only for it to fail less than two weeks later. "The best "consultants" in their trade.  I was looking for the best performance through state-of-art design, engineering, product selection, and installation.  They did not fail.  Timmons and "Water Engineering Excellence" belong in the same sentence.  
Their recommendation of equipment were no brainers.  The value offered by their top of the line water treatment equipment exceeded what was available through competitors.  Honestly, our job went out for bid.  Timmons offered, best prices, guaranteed performance, best warrantees, and unmatched professionalism in design and installation within our mechanical room.  If we do another building project or need water conditioning expertise for any of our properties in the Indianpolis area, Timmons gets the call.  I won't even bother with competitive bids.  These guys are conscientious, honest, fairly priced, and though I haven't gotten to know them personally very well, consider them a vital partner in the success of building our new home/offices.
