"We had an old water pump in our basement that seized up and created a water emergency. When I called Bergeron Drain Pro and Well Service after 5 pm, my phone call was returned right away and Derrick came to our home to check the situation. Next day the water line had to be pulled out of the well in order to install a new submersible pump. The project was completed within one day, and we had running water by evening. Every step of the the project was thoroughly discussed with us and the work was performed expeditiously. Client service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company!"

"I called Bill on a Tuesday. He came to my house to look at the job on Wednesday. On Thursday & Friday he completed the task and returned on Saturday to pick up the excavator. My driveway is a very long gravel driveway that needed major regrading, crowning, ditch clearing and gravel recovery. The driveway is RPG gravel and required four large loads. I couldn't be happier with the finished job not to mention the response by Bill and his dad Matt. I am thinking of hireing him again for some concrete work next year."

"They were very professional, patient with all my questions and overall kind. The job got done in a timely manner and when I had a concern they addressed it right away and fixed it. They were also able to see beyond the issue I can see and were able to explain to me what was happening and went ahead and fixed it as well. I am very pleased"

"I had great experience with Valley Excavating. They delivered sand for a landscaping project They were prompt, efficient, and delivered the sand exactly where I needed it. The quality of the sand was excellent as well. And their pricing was very fair. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to others."

"Connor did an excellent job. He recommended an excellent option for my driveway that will work great and saved me money. He worked around weather delays and even spent time on a weekend to get the job completed. I'm completely satisfied with the work he did."

"Brent and his guys were the best! I am exceedingly happy I selected them to replace my septic tank. This was a major project for me that had the potential to delay the sale of our home. Brent & company came in with the knowledge, equipment and skills that were required to complete the job professionally and efficiently. There was a couple of unforeseen issues but Brent was able to resolve them without batting an eye! He also absorbed the added costs on his own even though I offered to split the difference. I had contacted a number of other firms top do this job and Brent came back with the most professional and detailed quote. He then came out promptly for a site survey- something most of the others did not deem necessary. I have worked around construction contractors for decades and pesonally feel that Fox Excavating LLC is one of the best I have seen!"
