"Not clear understanding about septic pump"

"My husband passed away a month ago unexpectedly. Fortunately, he had a Post It note on a wall that said the septic tank needed to be emptied in Sept 2020. So I called Environmental Service Corp. Someone actually answered the phone and got me a soon appointment for the work to be done. When the serviceman came, I had no clue where the septic tank was. He showed me where it was. He also said that the tank only needed to be emptied every 3 years, instead of what another company had told my husband - every year. I thanked him for his honesty and was very pleased with their service. They are honest and hard workers. Would hire them again!!"

"Very professional, did an excellent job installing both well pump and tank. I would hire Don again, as a matter of fact they have to come back and install a pitless valve the is leaking. unfortunately I built a deck over the well and have to hand dig around the the well so he can get at it. Lesson learned the hard way."

"I cannot say enough about Gilroy Northeast, their professionalism and work are truly impeccable. I most recently had them tear down a 30 year old wrap around deck and had it replaced with a trex front deck as well as a gorgeous techno bloc paved walkway for my vacation home. Ordinarily, doing a project of this scope and not being there, you would expect some sort of stress along the way or that something may go wrong. This was not the case, the project ran fairly quickly, within budget and pretty seamless. It is very comforting to know you have total faith and confidence in your contractor, they stand behind their work and what they say they will do - which made this project stress free. I cannot thank them enough for their guidance, their design and workmanship, they are truly client focused to please. They are a team you will want to hire, you will be very happy you did, they are the best of the Poconos!"

"Professional and courteous office and on site staff (Operator). The Operator explained in detail the work to be performed and answered all questions without hesitation. The company provides equipment that prevents damage to lawn/property, and the costs were reasonable. My only recommendation would be for the office staff to mention the charge to dig up the septic cover up front. The Operator was thorough and mentioned the charge before starting the work. I definitely would not hesitate to use Avalanche Septic Services again for any of the services they provide."

He fixed the problem and made some suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of my boiler. I now have my heat back. Ihad a very positive experience."
