"The company called us the day after the earthquake, offering to come and do a free check in the crawlspace to be sure there is no damage or places needing repair in the liner after the quake. I phoned them yesterday to make the appointment and they came out today. And there is no damage or repairs needed, and the liner held up, still attached to the foundation cement stones and pillars. I felt this was very thoughtful of them to remember us. Since we installed the product a year ago, they have helped us feel comfortable that the product is doing what it is supposed to do.
