"They were able to fit us in so we didn't have to do without heat. They replaced a part the same day I called in to hold us over so we had heat until they could replace the whole furnace 2 days later. The men were were very efficient and knowledgeable. We couldn't be more pleased and will be using them for other items when needed. The office staff was very courteous and made us feel well taken care of."

"NTK did an outstanding job correcting a plumbing/septic problem. They came out very quickly when called. A very professional, reasonably priced company. They are a great company to work with. I am going to have them come back and do additional projects. Gary Beil"

"I've known Ed for years and he's always been a professional and upstanding guy. When getting a quote I just met his business partner Chevy, he knows his stuff about concrete with over a decade in the industry. Together they make a great team. We have done remodeling and construction for years and we knew exactly what we wanted and told them our plans and showed them the layouts. With a few suggestions and tweaks on their end, it was a fast easy project when we all worked together. Upstanding guys and a great price. We have them on board for our concrete contractors when we need them for renos."

"After springing a major leak in my water tank. Called a couple companies after 2:00 on a Friday. He was among the first 3 and all were averaging the same price +or- $100. Chose reliable due to the fact he was able to come out that evening. After making a decision at 4:30 they were here by 6:00. After installing the new tank, he noticed something wasn't working properly with the tank itself. He again drained the new tank disconnected the gas and removed it went out and picked up a new one and reinstalled it same night. No increase in price from quote. Keep in mind this was during the rains that submerged the point in Pittsburgh."

"This is by far the best experience with a mere estimate I've ever had. First trip, their rep sent a camera down my line, and found a serious blockage that the previous day's snaking (performed by a different company) had missed. Once the blockage had been cleared, he came back, confirmed all was well ... and then recommended AGAINST anything that would require me to pay him money. After two FREE visits that proved instrumental in diagnosing and correcting a serious blockage in my sewer, he actually recommended that I take no further action and just hydro-jet it every other year. Remarkable service, honesty, and professionalism. These guys are now #1 on my list of people to turn to if I even need help with my sewer."
