Having been a home owner for 30 years Iâ  ve worked with lots of plumbers and must say that All About Plumbing exceeds then all. Weâ  re new to our home and to being on well water and septic tank. The other day we came home to a mysterious puddle in our basement, so getting someone quickly was a priority. I began calling different companies and All About Plumbing was the first to respond. The person that answered the phone was surprisingly knowledgable and polite, asking good questions; a good start that just got better. The technician diagnosed the problem and resolved it quickly and efficiently without any issues."

"The crew were very nice and personable, but the job ended up costing a little more than twice what was quoted over the phone. This is understandable, however, because our septic tank was 100% full. The only problem I had was that the person who, I assume, was in charge mentioned a problem we may have in the future because of our drain line and threw out a price to have that cleaned out as well. I discussed it with my wife, but before I could get more details about the issue, he, apparently, was called away to another job. The guys left behind finished up, were very polite, documented all that they did, and cleaned up after themselves. It was not a bad experience at all, and I will most likely use them again to deal with our drain line issue. I'll just be more forthcoming with questions in the future."
