"Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

"After springing a major leak in my water tank. Called a couple companies after 2:00 on a Friday. He was among the first 3 and all were averaging the same price +or- $100. Chose reliable due to the fact he was able to come out that evening. After making a decision at 4:30 they were here by 6:00. After installing the new tank, he noticed something wasn't working properly with the tank itself. He again drained the new tank disconnected the gas and removed it went out and picked up a new one and reinstalled it same night. No increase in price from quote. Keep in mind this was during the rains that submerged the point in Pittsburgh."
