He cleaned out the tank and explained everything going on with the system. The following Monday (first thing) he returned and installed a replacement cover and piping to address needed venting. I appreciated the time he took to explain his approach to resolving our situation as well as guidance on ongoing maintenance. He will be servicing our system for all needed maintenance.
