"The WestConn septic guy came at the scheduled appointment. He was able to pump the tank at the first appointment and took the time to determine the best pump to replace the one that was old and no longer working. After pumping he assessed the tank for me to let me know that it is in good condition and informed me of the price estimate for the new pump. When he returned with the new pump, he and a coworker were able to replace it fairly quickly. They only had a bit of an issue with the wiring which was pretty old. Overall a great experience! They seemed honest, straight forward, and willing to take the time to do the job well."

We bought a house in Weston in the fall of 2020 and were told nothing about surveys or what is involved in owning wetlands. The Aspetuck Health District (formerly the Weston Westport Health District) is very strict when it comes to permitting for infiltrators, dry wells, septics, etc. C&J Pumps worked with me and the AHD on all of the required paperwork and inspections. They communicated clearly about the job and do great work. They also replaced our filter and softener tanks which the previous owner failed to disclose that they had not been serviced in almost 10 years even though our water passed the test during inspection. I would recommend C&J, and also recommend you get your updated A2 survey if you do not know about it."
