"Mark was excellent. He contacted me via phone in the morning to give me an approximate time in the late afternoon that he would be at my house, he assured me no matter what he would be out today to pump the tank and test the lift station pump and float. Mark then called again in the afternoon to let me know he was on his way to my house. He and his helper pumped the tank and tested the pump which was not working. It was raining which they worked right through to install a new pump. We were back up and running before my teenage kids were back home that evening. Cote's has my septic business from here on out."

"Early Saturday evening we lost water. I called our regular well company immediately but did not receive a return call. I understand, not everyone wants to work on the weekend but by 5:45 AM Sunday AM we were fairly miserable.
