"Woke up Thursday morning and found we had no water from the well. Called C&J. Because we were in a "No Water" status they put us at the top of the list. Jon showed up a few hours later, found the circuit breaker continued to pop out, he suspected a short in the pump. He pulled the pump out of the well, replaced it with a new pump, new wiring, and new 80ft flexible pipe. Then ran the pump "into the air" before connecting back to the house plumbing until the water ran clear. Cleaned up and removed all debris."

"Jim knows his "stuff" and was very easy to work with from start to finish! We had another company out prior to Knox and they did about $1,200 worth of work to try and fix the high levels in our septic tank only for it to fail less than two weeks later. We then called Knox and wished that we would have done that from the beginning. Jim diagnosed our septic tank failure in less than 15 minutes by probing all around our yard.
