"I want to start by saying, I don't review a lot of companies. But seeing how the reviews are what led me to going with Earthworks solutions and the stress free install they did for me, I want to say, that if you are looking for a septic install of any kind, you don't need to look any further. Pavel, Ed, Dennis and their crew were on point. My septic replacement went as well as I could expect. Pavel was my initial contact. I made him aware that out of all the bids I had, I was going with them. Earthworks Solutions was my most expensive bid. But after doing research through reviews like these, I believe it was one of those, "pay for what you get" type deals. And I believe I chose well. The cost was very high for this project. But if we were going to pay this kind of money, I definitely wanted the best team there was. I researched as much as I could. I met with multiple septic companies. One of the biggest factors for us was making sure we could move into our first home on time. Pavel assured me, that once the permits were good to go, it would not take Earthworks Solutions very much time and that we would indeed be able to move in on time. Permits getting recorded (new to me) felt like multiple hoops to jump through but it was helpful to be able to reach out to Pavel to see where we were at. Ed was my next contact to get started. They brought out their excavator and went to work. I worked with Dennis to finish up the project. These guys were awesome! I asked them all kinds of questions about the septic but also my property and what I could do to make it even better. They were kind and listened which I think is rare. But they were also knowledgeable and gave me good advice. The contracted price on their first bid was the contracted price I paid plus tax. And they went above and beyond by making sure I had the best tanks I could get. They also took extra time to move the remaining dirt pile to where I wanted it. I can't speak for other septic companies. But I can say that I don't need another septic company for as long as I live in this area. "We thought we had a good issue because we thought the water was not keeping up from our well to our tank. The guy spent 2 hours diagnosing it. We paid 240.00 for the service and all he could come up with was he would need to stick a scope in the well which would be 750.00 and it probably needs to be pushed down but it could not happen until summer because our well was in an area where the ground was soft. Turned out (we figured it out) we had a leak under the house which was using all our water and had nothing to do with the pump. Wish someone would have brought that up."

"I hired Alex from Pete’s Plumbing to do A LOT of work for us, and boy, am I pleased! We bought a rustic cabin, with no water line, drainage, vents, etc. for most appliances (including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge). He installed the plumbing and ventilation systems for ALL THREE appliances, and also fixed a leak in our sink. Not to mention he fixed a problem we had assembling the pipes for a new bathroom vanity. FINALLY, Alex assembled and built out the plumbing for an extremely large and cumbersome dog bath in our basement, as well as found specialty parts that the bath required. I could not be more pleased with his work, and we will 100% be hiring Pete’s Plumbing again in the future."

I called Evergreen Sanitation and within minutes was set up for service first thing this morning. At 7:35 AM I received a call letting me know that the truck and driver were on their way. They arrived at 8:00. By 9:00, problem was resolved. The people that I talked to on the phone were upbeat, professional and efficient. "Mark Duell came to check out the issue and really did good work helping to figure out the situation. He gave good initial guesses at the root of the problem and also gave helpful suggestions. After doing some drywall and carpet removal on my own I had him come back to the house. We found that there weren't any issues with leaks from foundation defects or seepage through the floor slab. Instead, the leak seemed to be coming from cracks in the concrete slab of a wrap around porch above the basement and possibly a gap between the porch slab and the top of the foundation. Of everyone that came by to take a look with the problem, Mark was by far the most thorough. Unfortunately, Perma-Dry doesn't do the kind of work needed on the porch needed to fix the problem and I was asked to contact a concrete repair specialist instead. If I did need a french drain or sump pump, Mark would be at the top of my list of people to call. Truly a professional."
