"I want to start by saying, I don't review a lot of companies. But seeing how the reviews are what led me to going with Earthworks solutions and the stress free install they did for me, I want to say, that if you are looking for a septic install of any kind, you don't need to look any further. Pavel, Ed, Dennis and their crew were on point. My septic replacement went as well as I could expect. Pavel was my initial contact. I made him aware that out of all the bids I had, I was going with them. Earthworks Solutions was my most expensive bid. But after doing research through reviews like these, I believe it was one of those, "pay for what you get" type deals. And I believe I chose well. The cost was very high for this project. But if we were going to pay this kind of money, I definitely wanted the best team there was. I researched as much as I could. I met with multiple septic companies. One of the biggest factors for us was making sure we could move into our first home on time. Pavel assured me, that once the permits were good to go, it would not take Earthworks Solutions very much time and that we would indeed be able to move in on time. Permits getting recorded (new to me) felt like multiple hoops to jump through but it was helpful to be able to reach out to Pavel to see where we were at. Ed was my next contact to get started. They brought out their excavator and went to work. I worked with Dennis to finish up the project. These guys were awesome! I asked them all kinds of questions about the septic but also my property and what I could do to make it even better. They were kind and listened which I think is rare. But they were also knowledgeable and gave me good advice. The contracted price on their first bid was the contracted price I paid plus tax. And they went above and beyond by making sure I had the best tanks I could get. They also took extra time to move the remaining dirt pile to where I wanted it. I can't speak for other septic companies. But I can say that I don't need another septic company for as long as I live in this area. Our sincere Thanks go out to Pavel, Ed, Dennis, and Earthworks Solutions. Choose these guys. You will not regret it. -Andy & Erin-"

"We thought we had a good issue because we thought the water was not keeping up from our well to our tank. The guy spent 2 hours diagnosing it. We paid 240.00 for the service and all he could come up with was he would need to stick a scope in the well which would be 750.00 and it probably needs to be pushed down but it could not happen until summer because our well was in an area where the ground was soft. Turned out (we figured it out) we had a leak under the house which was using all our water and had nothing to do with the pump. Wish someone would have brought that up."

"They quickly assessed the situation, gave a reasonable quote, and were very proficient and professional. My condo unit was under contract and a water leak caused by another unit needed to be repaired asap and they did it. Also kept me well informed."

"Josh arrived quickly and completely rebuilt my septic pumping system. He made sure to follow up regarding the electrical work and made sure everything works. Great!"

"Evergreen was one of three companies I called and, by far, the least expensive and most informative. I was disappointed that the company we usually use insisted on pumping the tanks just to do the inspection which was about $500 more (though, they were not the ones pumping them). Another company insisted that the county would require pumping as it had been over a year since they were last pumped which was completely false (they would have been pumping them themselves) and would have added substantially to the cost of the inspection. Our tanks are of the size that we should only need to pump them every 3-5 years at most and it had only been about 2.5 years. Evergreen inspected and found that there was absolutely no reason to pump them and that everything was fine. In addition their cost of inspection was lower than the others. I enthusiastically recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. A big kudos to them for being so straight-shooting and reasonably prices. Not only that, they were easy to schedule with which was greatly appreciated!"

"Once contacted, AA Plumbing arrived quickly and was able to find the leak - Leak was where the poly pipe connected to the brass that lead to the house. The line was 55' - Was told the repair would be risky. Agreed to replace (hind site suggests a repair was likely possible) Tore up from lawn (which was filled back in rather hastily and shabbily). Still trying to fix yard condition where it continues to create little sink holes. Definitely a safety issues. They cut the aggregate walk way and it crumbled and was replaced hastily and not evenly, creating a trip hazard that I had to have repaired for more money. I am certain they were skilled plumbers, but the impact issues to the property were not done well and I am certain I paid TOP dollar. Based on price, I had much higher expectations for the quality of work performed. 2 plumbers worked the job for maybe 10 hours total and I paid $5201.25 with tax. Not including additional time and money I have spent since to "clean up" afterwards. Disappointed and feeling a bit taken. Used Angie's List so I could have multiple bids, but only heard from one contractor. I saw no advantage to using this service and this survey came 2 months after job was completed. Will likely not use Angie's List again based in this experience."

"Exceptionally well. The executive summary is that Dillon is thoughtful, prompt, informative, communicative, industrious, helpful and honest. I can give very specific examples for each of those traits. I've posted a more complete review to Google Reviews. Expanding on one area a bit: If you hire Dillon, be sure to listen to what he has to say about the job. Because he thinks about what he's doing, and how he might be able to make the job turn out better at possibly lower cost even, spend some time to work with him to toss ideas back and forth. The result is likely to be better than what you originally envisioned. For me, doing that was a very positive experience. Bottom line: I'd hire Dillon again without hesitation."

"It went very well. They do schedule very very far out though and when it appeared it was going to take an additional day to finish the work they suggested we do part and then schedule the other part 3 weeks later, that didn't work for us so they figured out a way to work one long day and get the work done. Overall very happy and will recommend to others."
