"we had multiple projects to get done, and Patrick called very soon after i posted the request. Patrick arrived on time to look over the job. we had a Franke Little Butler and a new replacement faucet, but Patrick was able to determine that our 20 yr old hot water tank under the sink was not compatible. we also had two toilets needing work in addition to a shut off valve for a water filter that needed replacement. after our franke hot water tank arrived Patrick and his assistant arrived the next day. Professional, courteous, friendly, took extra time to explain everything they were doing. "I called Palmer Plumbing when the water pressure was low in the house. They recognized that the well pump was running continuously and could not bring the water pressure to its set point. They recommended L & M to work on the well pump. Palmer Plumbing did not charge for the problem diagnosis. I called L&M at 10 AM after Palmer left. L&M was at the house within 3 hours. Three hours latter L&M had pulled the 19 year old well pump, replaced it with a new, properly sized pump from the inventory on the truck, flushed the well, checked and charged the well pump pressure tanks under the house and was gone. Water pressure in the house is better than it was when I bought the house 10 years ago. As a curious engineer I watched and asked questions as they performed the work; each one of which was patiently answered with specific information. These people are truly excellent and their work is fairly priced."

"The service was excellent, as usual. I've used this company once in the past. I especially like Wanda who helps answer the phones for the company, she is very pleasant. Two technician's came out. They had to cut out drywall, and cut a 2x4 to access the crack. They then sealed the crack with two different types of materials. One was Teflon over top of the epoxy they used. They also went a step above and sealed the outside crack for me as well. This company is 10/10."
