Get matched with top septic tank and well pros in Thomasville, NC

"The crew were very nice and personable, but the job ended up costing a little more than twice what was quoted over the phone. This is understandable, however, because our septic tank was 100% full. The only problem I had was that the person who, I assume, was in charge mentioned a problem we may have in the future because of our drain line and threw out a price to have that cleaned out as well. I discussed it with my wife, but before I could get more details about the issue, he, apparently, was called away to another job. The guys left behind finished up, were very polite, documented all that they did, and cleaned up after themselves. It was not a bad experience at all, and I will most likely use them again to deal with our drain line issue. I'll just be more forthcoming with questions in the future."

"The guys were very professional and handled my issue and explained it every step of the way. The price was much lower than the large companies as well."

"Prompt courteous response. The solution (to clean well casing) was clearly explained and the cost seemed appropriate. During the procedure it was brought to our attention that the tank had low pressure so we decided to replace both the pump and tank due to age. The job was completed within 2 1/2 hours. We are very pleased with the prompt friendly service we received. And the results are exactly what we wanted...clean clear water Thank you for a great job."

"Professional, explained the jobs in detail and gave estimates before job was done. Will definitely recommend to my neighbors..Job well done. THANKS"

"We highly recommend James Cress Jr. Water Pump and Well Co. Very prompt response time, came to the house to evaluate our needs (well repair) and explained everything in detail that would be done & cost. The job was done almost immediately (longest wait was getting permits from county) Mr. Cress and his crew were very professional, cleaned the work area nicely and best of all, he's very affordable and does a wonderful job."

"Dad and son duo!!! Very, very knowledgeable, very, very clean, and good work. The only people I will call from now on with my well issues. Very professional will recommend to any and every one! Told me they would be there at 9am was there right on time and pulled my stuck pump replaced it and the wires all under 2 hr and at a great price! Thank you again you guys are the best!"

"guys did a great job with pumping tank but their old pump truck leaked oil and greese all over my driveway.i've been told by the owner that there's not much he could do but bring a pressure washer out and try to get it up.i've been using dawn detergent and scrubbing it rinsing with hot water.seems to have helped some.my advice to owner is get your truck fixed because next customer might not be this nice about it."
