It was amazing to watch them flush out the gunk that was in the well and install the new pump. It made a great difference in the water quality after they flushed out the well. Pretty certain that was not something the last installer did. However, the constant pressure system they installed is to die for! After living here for 40+ years and dealing with low pressure problems it was just something we felt we had to live with. Well, I am here to write you that they fixed that problem and we still are not believing the difference! Not only that but a lifetime guarantee included. All at a price we considered very reasonable. Really nice guys! Did a great job, as scheduled, and you wouldn't know they had even been here. High fives!"

"My well pump went out Monday evening, around 6:00 p.m. Hoosier Drain Guys were out of Losantville, relatively close to me in Middletown, and that's who I went with. Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. "I had never owned a well before and it went out. No information had been left by the previous owner so I had no troubleshooting. Hamilton Bros. arrived within one hour of the call, whereas others would have taken days. I asked pointed questions of the employee so I would know what to look for and he answered all of them thoroughly. The pressure tank is what had gone out, they refilled the tank and checked the well, finding water softener filter in the pipe and they cleaned that out. They turned off the water softener for me and told me how to get the filter pellets out of the lines inside the house. And now I know what to look for if the problem starts again, long before the water goes out."
