"Woke up Thursday morning and found we had no water from the well. Called C&J. Because we were in a "No Water" status they put us at the top of the list. Jon showed up a few hours later, found the circuit breaker continued to pop out, he suspected a short in the pump. He pulled the pump out of the well, replaced it with a new pump, new wiring, and new 80ft flexible pipe. Then ran the pump "into the air" before connecting back to the house plumbing until the water ran clear. Cleaned up and removed all debris."

"Hope Plumbing came out on Wednesday for a toilet repair. We believed the toilet to be leaking from the tank bolts, so Domenic replaced the tank bolts and also (3) valves within the bathroom, installed a Delta faucet and installed a new flapper in our other bathroom toilet. After testing the repair repeatedly, Domenic left for the day. We discovered yet another leak right after he left our house, and we contacted Hope Plumbing who put us in contact with Domenic. He was not very far down the road and was gracious enough to turn around and help with this new problem. Upon inspection of the toilet, we decided it could not be fixed (a small crack in the front of the bowl) , so he arranged to have a new toilet installed the next day. He came back the next morning with a new toilet, took the old toilet away, and the installation went very smooth and quick. We will hire Hope Plumbing for our future repairs!"

Hoosier drain even provided us with a temporary fix by dropping a new pump on our old pump until they were able to get drillers out with no extra charge. We were given estimates day 1 and had no surprises at all on the cost. Dave and his team (Matt, Baylon, Damon and more), were very educated and made sure to explain everything clearly so we understood each step and could make educated decisions on how to proceed. They used a third party for drilling, yet still helped fill the holes the drilling truck made- again without even being asked. They also brought out tools to the drilling company to trim the trees so that we could get the new well drilled asap. Super thankful we utilized this company and would recommend them again and again! Dave personally was made available anytime as well. 10/10"

"I had never owned a well before and it went out. No information had been left by the previous owner so I had no troubleshooting. Hamilton Bros. arrived within one hour of the call, whereas others would have taken days. I asked pointed questions of the employee so I would know what to look for and he answered all of them thoroughly. The pressure tank is what had gone out, they refilled the tank and checked the well, finding water softener filter in the pipe and they cleaned that out. They turned off the water softener for me and told me how to get the filter pellets out of the lines inside the house. And now I know what to look for if the problem starts again, long before the water goes out."
