I learned the hard way after a plumber fixing my pressure tank broke my whole house self flushing filter . I called caroliner virginiawell and pump and they fixed all the mistakes the plumber made and moved my pressure tank for me and rehooked a new whole house filter up for me . As you can tell I covered up the pumbers note that messed up besides the money that plumber cost me . Please save yourself the headache I have been through and hre this well driller . This company CARES about YOU . I have to add we are seniors and needed help fast and the severe heat did not stop these guys from saving me I live in Axton VA so they did come here"

"guys did a great job with pumping tank but their old pump truck leaked oil and greese all over my driveway.i've been told by the owner that there's not much he could do but bring a pressure washer out and try to get it up.i've been using dawn detergent and scrubbing it rinsing with hot water.seems to have helped some.my advice to owner is get your truck fixed because next customer might not be this nice about it."

"I needed my septic tank pumped and I was prepared to wait till the following week. These guys came out the same day and had the best price around ( I know because I called at least 6 other companies). Both gentlemen had great attitudes, and friendly! Very knowledgeable and taught me things I had no clue about my septic. He actually took the time to answer my questions and show me how to clean my filter in which I never knew was there. "Well, the job is done, so at least I do not have the leaks problem. However, the company charges too much for their services. They charged me 526.44 for a faucet! The plastic P-trap 96.27 and so on. I paid total 1355.50 for the 2 1/2 hour job. Even if the plumbers are paid $200/hr (unlikely), the labor should not be more than $500. So this company will way overcharge you on the supplies."
