Thanks to his guidance, we were able to replace a few small parts at a nearby hardware store, reconnect the brine tank to the softener, and knew exactly what to do to get it up and running again.

"Evergreen's work was well above industry standards. They were efficient and professional. The problem causing a four star was with their subcontractor - the directional boring company. After Evergreen carefully exposed a n underground cable, the boring contractor immediately severed that cable - leaving me with an open pit until I can get Comcast to repair the cable. And the boring guys got out of there without a word to me. Otherwise I am quite satisfied with Evergreen's work and would hire them again."

"The outside dig was very expensive and a repeat from 3 years ago. I guess I should have chosen the longer dig in 2017. They cleaned up very well and hopefully will pass the video next week. The original call was for a plugged tub. The young man, Ian, worked hard and did not need to replace pipes. He also replaced 2 washers on showers and an O-ring on a toilet.
