Thrilled with their exceptional work, we discussed adding a dream screen porch and deck. The estimate was too good to pass up, so we went ahead. The results were nothing short of spectacular. The screen porch was beautifully integrated with the roof joists, and the deck, built on sturdy 6x6 posts and attached to the house, was a masterpiece. When we realized our old appliances didn’t match the newly renovated space, Isai went above and beyond, helping us select and purchase new appliances and offering to install them. "Although we caught Steve and Jason Swingle at a convenient time on their schedule, the speed of their response to our inquiry was amazing.  We called Steve at 10:30; he was at our house by 11:00, and we agreed to his estimate by 11:15.  It turned out that Jason planned to finish another job that morning, so we arranged for him to do ours that same afternoon.  He arrived shortly after 1:00.  We were extremely impressed by his thoroughness.  We had neglected our patio for several years, and grit and grime had worked deeply into the brick.  Jason did at least three full wash applications, at the end of which the brickwork looked nearly as good as new.  He also provided some useful suggestions for maintenance.

"The tile in the bathroom looks great... so far. Jose also replaced a kitchen sink faucet and connections. Because he was also handling the plumbing connections in the bathroom, this seemed like something that should be in his wheelhouse. Well, 3 months later the kitchen sink had a serious leak and I had to have everything don again, and he charged $300 to unhook the faucet and reinstall in and two hoses. I could have done this myself, but was not nearby to do so. I thought he had done a good job, but since such a simple repair was a total failure, now I have to wonder what other surprises might pop up in the quality of his work, which cost about $7k in labor alone. Not feeling confident at this moment."

"He showed up  when he said he would and was able to get the job done in very little time.  He also installed a dimmer for the light.  He has also given us some ideas on how to get more light into the kitchen area.  Changed some light bulbs and wants to see how we like them.  They are much brighter.  He is also going to get back to us with a "retrofit" for over the kitchen sink and food prep area where we would like more light.  He is very good, would recommend him  and will use his services again when we need electrical work done.
