"My wife and I are 77 and 80 years old and have an outside screened in porch which my wife uses as her escape area when weather permits. She is handicapped and I recently have become handicapped. This year the green pollen really did a number on our porch, it was literally saturated in green pollen and I was unable to clean it as my back issues got worse. I found Chri’s business on Angie, told him the problem (he even came out and looked at it) and I was given a fair quote to clean up the porch. Chris and his helper not only cleaned the porch, but took all the furniture and other items off the porch and cleaned them individually outside of porch. Upon completion, everything was put back in place and it was like brand new. I have never had anyone do a job like this and at a fair price. Initially, we were interested in making our already existing screened porch a sunroom. We had received numerous quotes for $12k and up so in a final attempt we decided to try Express Sunrooms. Todd came out and met with us and we explained what we wanted. He agreed that traditional sunrooms could get very expensive but immediately came up with a great solution with the EZE Breeze Vinyl Enclosures. They were less than half the cost of the glass windows but still allowed the option of a three season room. It was the perfect solution!   From the date we signed with Todd, it took about 3 weeks for the supplies to come in.  Todd and his crew showed up on a Thursday and were done by lunchtime on Friday.  The guys were extremely friendly and courteous and answered any questions I had.  They took pride in their work and even did a great job of cleaning up afterwards!  Overall, it was the easiest “renovation” we’ve done yet – I only wish we had found these guys sooner!

"The cabinetry is beautiful- Aaron was able to recreate the design in my head from a drawing and a couple of iPhone photos. He built two sets of cabinetry to fill in two nooks in my living room to surround the fireplace. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the result. The materials he used were excellent and his attention to detail was fantastic. Installation was non-intrusive as well. He was able to install and adjust the cabinets without making a huge mess, and he was respectful of our time. Would definitely use his services again."

"Everything was always delivered and ready to go so there was no build delays and everyone was pleasant to work with. They were able to take out a window and replace it with French doors while others balked at the request. They even did a gabled roof when others would only do a shed type which I really did not want.
