"We had a fence installed around the total perimeter of our backyard. It included two double swing gates on each side of our house. One was an extra wide opening to allow for a boat or camper. The fence is not prebuilt 6'X8' sections attached to 4'X4' posts. Each picket is installed separately on 3 cross mounted 2'X4' and evenly spaced between the 4'X4' posts. Peter told me it is done that way down here in NC due to the possibilities of hurricanes and heavy winds. Therefore, it is a lot more work and more time consuming. Peter and his crew did an excellent job. D and Emil were courteous, polite and professional. It was a pleasure to have them here. They did an exceptional cleanup job also. The job was finished ahead of schedule and was quite reasonable in today's dollars. I would most definitely recommend KPS Contracting to anyone who wants to add value to their home. "Great! They showed up on time and were able to complete the installation of two ceiling fans. In one case the fan was swapped out for another; in another case we wanted the fan installed (there was already a ceiling outlet and blocking for it. Everything has worked well for more than a year. Since this work, I have since hired Sal and his team for other work. He'll talk to you first about what you want to have done before he even makes an appointment and if he thinks he's not the right fit for what you want done, he is upfront about that and has a suggestion for someone else you can call. For example we've recently decided to redo our shower enclosure and given that we only wanted to replace the glass, he suggested we remove him as the middle man and put me in touch with the glass folks he would have used if he handled the job. The price was reasonable for the work performed."
