"I have an appointment for him to come this year. I only use him once a year. About this time of year I call him. I have a double and some of my windows are giant windows. Some of the windows are screen so he does not do all the window. He is very reasonable that's why I call him. He only lives around the corner from me so I don't know if that's the reason but I am not questioning it. He is very nice. I call him and make an appointment because sometimes he is very busy. When I call him I ask if he can come within a week. But if he is not easy he will come within 2 or 3 days. This time I waited a week which I do not care. Price is reasonable. He knows what he is doing. He has to use a ladder. I leave him a message and some times I have to wait a day for him to call me back but I know he will call me back. He comes very early like 8 in the morning. It is always very early in the morning. He is very nice, very nice. I have been using him for years. He use to be cheaper but I do not complain. I am very happy with him that is why I call him every year."

"Ray and the team did a great job on our project. Ray always replied promptly, was upfront on scheduling and completed the job as promised. Ray went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the stain stripping process and patiently worked with us to trial 4 stain colors before finding the perfect product for the re-staining work. The crew was careful not to cause unnecessary damage and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The stripping work was very labor intensive, but the crew stuck with it, and we are very happy with the finished product. Our log home is 'beautiful' again. "I have needed this company for a couple emergencies. 1) pipe froze and broke while I was delivering my Daughter came home to water spraying all over the basement-called them they escalated my call to their emergency service and within an hour the Plumber showed up and quickly repaired our line. 2) had our sump pump fail and 2 ft of standing water (a yr after water line broke) again I called and the Receptionist was very empathetic and escalated my call and sent the plumber to my home and within 4 hours of my call the basement was drained and a new sump pump was installed. 3) I had noticed that my back yard was getting wet and then had standing water that was foul.. Called and on the 2nd call the the Receptionist took down my information and had me send pictures of my issue to the plumber, he called me and stated that it looked like my septic distribution box had failed and he could be out the next day to replace it. I agreed with the plan he can on time, switched it out and referred me to a service to have my septic pumped. I called the septic company he referred and within 3 days they had me scheduled. They showed up, pumped my tank and all is well. So far I have not had one bad experience and I really appreciate the Receptionist "Shay" being kind and helpful. Thank you! I left a message and Paul called back in less than 5 minutes.  Paul came out to give an estimate within 3 days and within one week, was here to do the work.  Paul and Michael arrived promptly.  Mike stayed to do the work.  It was tedious as the wall paper border was being stubborn.  It looks great and is ready to be painted.  The clean up was thorough and everything was back in place just as it was upon their arrival.  Paul came back to check to be sure all was good with the work.  It sure was!
