"I shopped around with all the local sun room distributors when I decided to add a sun room to my home. Kool View was very professional and responsive to my needs and vision for this home addition. The cost was a good value, as I am confident that this job was done correctly and the room is first class. Kool View offered many more options in choosing construction materials, colors, design ideas, etc. than any of the other businesses I visited. Their construction was completed on time, the craftsmen were excellent - skilled and very easy to work with. I now have two french doors (air lock entrance), 12 x 8 foot sun room, a relocated entrance to my garage, and a new stoop/deck area outside the sun room. This three season room has heat, A/C, multiple electrical outlets including in the tile floor. The three glass walls slide open to become a screen porch and the glass ceiling lets me star gaze or watch the snow and rain storms in my protected enclosure. I have twice had my home appraised since this addition and both appraisals increased in value over the investment in my new addition."

"These guys were great! I hired them to install a laminate floor & baseboards in my lower level & they completed it quickly & professionally! I then used them to install a vanity/sink & toilet. Although the my bathroom was not plumbed for this, they were knowledgeable enough to get it done! I will continue to use them for all my handyman needs. Just a couple of nice guys with great talent!"

"I would like to say that we would use GF Company in the future.
The Positive:
 The sales representative, Ken Jr., was astounding.  His knowledge of his field was excellent and I enjoyed talking with him.  He was also very thorough with his estimate and writing down in great detail what we wanted to have done.  I hope we get him as our sales representative when it is time to do our roof or our windows.
The work was done exactly as Ken Jr. had written on the estimate.  For the most part the work matches the current look of the shed and it has already filled the water barrel.  
The Negatives:
It was difficult to communicate with GF Company.  We had originally received a quote from Rick a year before the work was done and we contacted GF Company many times to speak with him about getting the work done, but none of our phone calls were returned.  Finally we asked for someone new and we got Ken Jr. sent to us.
After we paid our half-down deposit, we were told that we would get a call in about three weeks to find a date for the work to be done.  After about 5 weeks we tried contacting GF Company.  One phone call had us speaking with a lady on the phone who said that someone would call us back soon, but that never happened.
We never received a call to tell us when the work would be done as we wanted to have someone home to make sure things were done to our specifications.  Several days after our phone call was not returned, we received a text message from our neighbor telling us that someone was doing work on our property, but my wife and I were both at work and by time we got home the work was done.  Since Ken Jr. did such a great job with writing down what we wanted, we did not have any issues with what was done.
It appears that one of the items created on site for our downspout on the shed was likely spray painted on site.  The paint job has already faded, but we can find some paint to paint it again.
Overall, it sounds like we had a bad experience, but we did not.  The work that was done was done well and the sales representative we worked with was very knowledgeable.  We would use GF Company again and recommend them, but encourage folks to have patience with communication.

"HBC completed a re-siding of an existing shed. There was excellent communication from Cain of HBC. He contacted me soon after I placed my work request on Angie's. He was out to review the job within a few days, and I had a written estimate the next day. Work on our shed started the next week. Cal would text to let me know the arrival time of the crew. The HBC crew worked throughout 2 days to complete the job. The job site was cleaned up before they left. The shed looks great!"
